Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution center functions including receiving, replenishment, and shipping small package orders
• Read pick labels to accurately identify catalog numbers and merchandise quantities
• Obtain products from bins, repack items, and zone merchandise as required
• Build pallets according to specific patterns and place products on conveyors
• Use finger scanners and RDT equipment to process orders efficiently
• Maintain a clean, debris-free, and safe work area

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of distribution center methods, procedures, and layout
• Ability to operate powered equipment (such as Dock Stocker or Cherry Picker) safely and efficiently
• Ability to operate a forklift for the entire shift
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly
• Proficiency in using finger scanners/RDT and following written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality standards
• Proven track record of reliable attendance and availability for requested overtime
