Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various material handling equipment including Conventional forklifts, Stockpickers, Reach Trucks, Tuggers, and Walkie Stackers
• Move inventory in and out of production and warehouse areas accurately
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations using RF devices and WM systems
• Perform daily equipment inspections according to checklists to ensure safety and functionality
• Right-size and consolidate inventory to optimize storage utilization
• Support production lines to ensure schedule attainment and perform 6S housekeeping activities
• Work overtime as necessary to meet operational demands

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid Forklift license and Driver's license
• Proficiency using RF guns and basic math skills
• Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, standing, or walking for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a factory environment
