Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Read pick labels to accurately identify catalog numbers and merchandise quantities
• Obtain products from bins, perform repacking, and assist with zoning
• Build pallets according to specific patterns and place products on conveyors
• Use finger scanners/RDT to process orders and maintain accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area free of debris
• Perform various distribution center functions including receiving, replenishing, and shipping

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate a forklift for an entire shift
• Experience operating powered equipment safely (e.g., Dock stocker, Cherry Picker)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly
• Knowledge of distribution center methods, layout, and procedures
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively
• Proficiency using finger scanners/RDT and basic math skills
• Strong commitment to attendance, quality standards, and overtime availability
