Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse equipment including dock stockers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and forklifts to load and transport products
• Complete orders by processing pick tickets, performing full pallet picking, and shuttling pallets for final processing
• Utilize management software systems and label printers to determine assignments and material needs
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean, safe, and debris-free work area
• Support cross-training in other distribution center functions as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to obtain forklift operator certification
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for an entire shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Resilience to work in environments with extreme temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations
