Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or clamp forklifts to stack, store, and move merchandise
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type
• Use RF scanning equipment to maintain inventory accuracy and control
• Perform picking, order filling, and cycle counting duties
• Conduct equipment inspections and report safety concerns to management
• Maintain appropriate records to ensure inventory security and proper stock rotation

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience operating a forklift or warehouse distribution equipment
• Proficiency with RF scanning equipment and general computer knowledge, including Excel
• Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours in a large distribution center environment
• Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to obtain NFI forklift certification
