Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or clamp forklifts to move, stack, and locate merchandise
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to designated storage locations
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type
• Perform picking duties and conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory control
• Use RF scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy
• Complete equipment inspection forms prior to operation
• Maintain a safe work environment by reporting safety concerns to management

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience operating a forklift or warehouse distribution equipment
• Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain NFI forklift certification
