Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks and trailers
• Support day-to-day operations including staging pallets, containers, and consolidating freight
• Perform general yard duties and crossdocking tasks to maintain a tidy workspace
• Adhere strictly to Linfox Safety Standards and company policies at all times
• Work within a fast-paced team environment to meet operational goals

Requirements

• Valid LF forklift license with essential counterbalance experience
• Ability to load and unload freight with confidence
• Basic computer skills, specifically with SAP or similar platforms
• Access to reliable transport
• Strong work ethic with a focus on being reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• A safety-conscious mindset and a team-player attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• RS forklift license and experience is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a high-performing logistics or warehouse environment
