Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other machinery to move component parts and raw materials
• Load and unload materials from trucks, floor locations, pallet racks, and loading docks
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and ensure the safe movement of goods
• Follow all safety regulations, company guidelines, and PPE requirements
• Manage material inventories to support continuous equipment operations
• Maintain a clean work-site in accordance with 5S3R standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and accommodate rotating schedules and overtime
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and perform lifting/push/pull tasks for the duration of a shift
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Basic comfort level with computers and digital tools, including Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator in a manufacturing environment
