Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage technical equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse gear
• Transport materials to various locations within the facility
• Secure loads onto forklift machines before transporting
• Identify workplace safety hazards and adhere to safety management standards
• Pull or place cartons on warehouse racks

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours depending on daily work volume
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more
• Ability to perform accurate inventory counts
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RF scanning equipment and reading barcodes
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with professional sports leagues and teams
