Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or power equipment
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring exact counts and types are loaded
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping appropriate records and reports
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS safety standards
• Verify load accuracy, stability, and check for product damage
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and monitor power sources (battery or LP tank)
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly facility environment

Requirements

• Forklift operator certificate (or completion of a training program within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum of 6 months of forklift operation experience
• Minimum of 6 months of RF scanning experience
• Minimum of 6 months of WMS experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of general warehouse experience
• Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ)
• Knowledge of stand-up forklifts and slip attachments
