Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or power equipment
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring exact counts and types are loaded
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping appropriate records and reports
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS safety standards
• Verify load accuracy, stability, and check for product damage
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and monitor power sources (battery/LP tank)
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly facility and equipment area
• Assist in physical inventories and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Forklift operator certificate (or completion of training within first 30 days)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• At least six months of warehouse experience preferred
• At least six months of forklift operation experience
• Ability to lift cases by hand up to 35lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Stand Up Reach forklift experience
