Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or power equipment
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring exact counts and types are loaded
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping appropriate records and reports
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and monitor power sources (battery/LP tanks)
• Verify load accuracy, stability, and check for product damage
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS safety standards
• Assist in physical inventories and maintain a clean, orderly facility

Requirements

• Forklift operator certificate (or completion of training within first 30 days)
• Six months of forklift operation experience
• Six months of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months operating a Stand Up Reach Truck
