Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform float loading activities to optimize multiple loads for delivery coordination
• Execute material handling and equipment operation to fulfill customer orders
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools, and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and daily ERP system updates
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and comply with all safety requirements
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to become certified for forklift and overhead crane operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and reaching for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment with high noise levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar industrial environment
