Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products
• Operate Forklift and technical equipment
• Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy
• Scan and process materials accurately and timely
• Perform cycle counts as required
• Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment
• Load material on outbound delivery trucks
• Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually
• Ability to walk and stand for long durations
• Vision abilities for close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth differentiation
• Ability to perform tasks involving climbing and kneeling
• Ability to work in environments with dust, debris, and loud noises
