Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor the flow of finished product from production to assigned locations
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and maintain battery and propane tanks
• Complete inventory control label tags and log sheets for finished goods
• Move racks and set empty racks to remove finished product from production lines
• Load and unload trailers and deliver appropriate paperwork
• Perform daily warehouse inventory of materials including regrind, boxes, and pigment
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas daily

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience
• Knowledge of material handling processes
• Ability to obtain a motorized equipment license
• Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 86lbs continually and team lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature extremes
• Must be at least 18 years of age
