About the role
Responsibilities
- Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS
- Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents
- Ensure pallets are loaded and off-loaded safely to prevent product damage
- Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations
- Assist with other warehouse position duties and act as backup when required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (1 year of relevant experience required in lieu of diploma)
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic PC use
- Ability to lift over 50lbs
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- Availability to work the second shift (Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple types of MHE, including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker
- General knowledge of distribution processes
