Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide loading and reloading services for sales, production, freight, and distribution routes
• Load product packages and complete pallets according to loading instructions
• Organize and place received products or purchased stock into assigned racks
• Manage inventory using the PVPS system to ensure older batches are placed at the front
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and report any mechanical failures to the motor shop
• Assist with pallet organization and clearing spaces for proper stacking
• Manage waste containers and collect empties for production lines and designated areas
• Load trailers for shipment to distribution centers and affiliates

Requirements

• Minimum of secondary school studies
• At least 1 year of experience operating sit-down gas forklifts
• Knowledge of forklift preventive maintenance
• Understanding of the PVPS (First Expired, First Out) inventory system
• Ability to handle product with care and ensure quality standards
