Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move pallets of product, containers, and materials safely within the plant and distribution centers.
• Load and unload distribution trucks and primary transport platforms, ensuring timely departures.
• Manage warehouse stock by placing items in designated racks following FEFO/FIFO inventory systems.
• Maintain equipment by performing daily inspections and completing required checklists.
• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness by following Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Support production lines by mobilizing containers and managing finished product storage.

Requirements

• High school education (Secundaria).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator.
• Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory rotation systems.
• Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform manual load handling.
• Experience with container inspection and product handling.
