Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide loading and recharging services for sales, production, freight, and distribution routes
• Arrange pallets, products, and containers within the warehouse
• Load product packages and complete pallets according to specific load markings
• Place received production or purchased products into assigned racks by presentation
• Manage inventory using PVPS/PEPS systems to ensure older batches are placed at the front
• Clear spaces to ensure correct stacking of produced and purchased goods
• Manage waste containers and collect empties for production lines
• Receive products and verify freshness codes following inventory protocols
• Load products into trailers for shipment to distribution centers and affiliates

Requirements

• Minimum education: Secundaria (Middle School)
• At least 1 year of experience operating gas-powered sit-down forklifts
• Knowledge of preventive forklift maintenance
• Proficiency in PVPS/PEPS (First In, First Out) inventory systems
• Ability to handle products with care to prevent damage
