Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mechanical equipment, including stand-up forklifts, to replenish, load, and unload trailers
• Move product to various locations and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations
• Accurately sort, stage, and manage inbound and outbound freight
• Maintain proper certifications to operate required powered industrial trucks
• Meet monthly production and quality standards while ensuring a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to operate forklifts
• Previous experience working in a distribution center environment
• Strong counting skills and high attention to detail
• Manual dexterity and the ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet
