Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage truck driver check-ins to ensure timely shipping and customer service
• Prepare finished products for shipment, verifying quality, quantity, and damage
• Follow warehouse and shipping procedures to accurately record and store finished goods
• Handle and record all corrugated products from receipt through storage to production
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and adhere to all safety practices, including PPE usage and safety checklists
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions or behaviors to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong safety awareness and quality consciousness
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in general warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution
• Experience operating Forklift or Clamp Truck machinery
