About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-focused scheduled maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns
- Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on material handling equipment
- Ensure compliance and professionalism by accurately maintaining all service records
- Solve complex technical challenges for a top-tier customer base
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
