Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused scheduled maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns
• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on material handling equipment
• Ensure compliance and professionalism by accurately maintaining all service records
• Solve complex technical challenges for a top-tier customer base

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
