About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs on industry-leading equipment
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize customer downtime
- Manage daily tasks efficiently using mobile field technology
- Maintain a fully stocked service van and accurate service records
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude with strong fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a service technician or forklift mechanic is highly regarded but not essential
