Forklift Driver

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate a container forklift (reach stacker) to handle empty containers
• Load and unload trucks with containers according to daily operating procedures
• Reposition containers within the depot as required
• Maintain a tidy and systematic yard environment
• Stack containers in strict accordance with Safe Working Instructions
• Complete all necessary associated documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety, fatigue, and heavy vehicle operating guidelines
• Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of assigned vehicles and plant

Requirements

• Current forklift license
• Proven experience with container forklift operations
• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a demanding environment
• Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to pass a full functional pre-employment medical assessment
