Forklift Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate LPG counterbalance forklift trucks to load and unload palletised freight
• Use forklift-mounted scanning technology to record freight movements
• Maintain precise handling and placement of goods following scanning and labelling procedures
• Report to the Team Leader and work collaboratively to meet performance targets
• Adhere to all health and safety site protocols
• Conduct daily pre-use equipment checks and report faults
• Maintain clean and organised work areas

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• Ideally at least 1 year of experience
• Experience with gas or diesel counterbalance trucks preferred
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
