About the role
Responsibilities
- Design multi-tenant ForgeRock AM federation architecture
- Build REST APIs for programmatic SAML SP connection lifecycle
- Implement SAML/OIDC flows, assertion validation, and secure session management
- Develop scripted authentication using Groovy/JS and automate certificate lifecycle
- Enable break-glass fallback and ensure high availability
- Migrate existing manual SP connections to an automated framework
Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on ForgeRock Access Manager (AM)
- Strong SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 expertise
- Experience with ForgeRock REST APIs, scripted nodes, and X.509 management
- Proficiency in API design, LDAP, and secrets management (AWS/Vault)
- Coding skills in Java or Groovy
- Experience with CI/CD, API testing, and SAML debugging tools
Preferred Qualifications
- ForgeRock IDM and SCIM 2.0 experience
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or PingIdentity as IDP
- Experience migrating manual SP setups to programmatic models
