Forex CFD Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services
• Identify and generate client pipelines through proactive sales techniques
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
• Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets
• Continuously expand knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and TMGM platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., CS, inbound/outbound support, consulting)
• Native-level proficiency in Korean
• Proficiency in English
• Strong outbound calling skills and confidence in engaging with diverse buyers
• Solid understanding of the Korean market and business culture
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Forex/CFD experience is preferred but not mandatory
