Responsibilities

• Lead forestry and wood supply market initiatives across Southeast Asia
• Complete customized forestry resource and wood supply studies by defining project scope, estimating timelines, and conducting quantitative analyses
• Support new subscription business by identifying market opportunities and contributing subject matter expertise to the sales process
• Analyze complex forestry, procurement, and wood fiber supply chain data to create reports and data visualizations
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of forest products markets, wood supply, and timberland trends
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements

• Degree in Forestry, Resource Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of field experience in the forest products supply chain or procurement
• 5-7 years of experience in an analytic role reporting forestry-related data
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities in economics, mathematics, and statistics
• Working knowledge of forest biometrics, growth and yield models, and GIS
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Fluency in Vietnamese and strong professional English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of financial analytics and statistics
