Forensic Data Analytics Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Data and AI-driven assignments within the Financial Services industry, specifically focusing on Financial Crime, Fraud, and Regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with C-Suite executives and senior client stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives, including leading end-to-end bid processes and achieving annual sales targets.
• Manage engagement delivery by monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects meet quality standards within budget and timescales.
• Direct senior stakeholders, investigators, and regulatory authorities during sensitive or adversarial situations.
• Mentor and develop data engineering and data science teams to foster a positive learning culture.
• Define best practices and standards to improve the effectiveness and quality of services delivered to clients.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on financial crime, forensics, fraud, and regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end data engineering and data science lifecycle, including ETL, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Proven experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, data and AI-driven programs.
• Strong track record of mentoring technical data teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills related to litigation, compliance, and adverse events in banking, insurance, or asset management.

• Previous experience working within a Big 4 or large global consulting firm.
