Foreman

Responsibilities

• Implement technical solutions on the construction site
• Lead and manage site operations for landfill construction and soil remediation
• Work within a dynamic and agile team to execute projects
• Ensure independent and committed execution of tasks on-site

Requirements

• Completed commercial-technical vocational training or advanced training as a certified foreman (Polier), master (Meister), or technician
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in civil engineering or heavy construction
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and independent working style
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel within NRW
