Foreman

Responsibilities

• Coordination of construction site organization, logistics, and workflows
• Ensuring quality and documentation of construction progress
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors including hour control
• Determining, procuring, and disposing of material requirements
• Supporting construction management with client and authority contacts
• Checking work documents of subcontractors
• Implementing occupational safety and health protection measures
• Close cooperation with construction management in project execution

Requirements

• Completed commercial-technical vocational training or further training as a certified foreman (Polier) or master craftsman
• Experience in training young people and joy in working with apprentices
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites
• Driving license class B
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Reliability, commitment, and flexibility
• Assertiveness, leadership competence, and team spirit
