Foreman (Special Deep Construction)

Responsibilities

• On-site management and coordination of construction workers (6-10 people)
• Organizing work processes and issuing work instructions
• Managing material ordering and logistics
• Maintaining daily communication with clients, site managers, and subcontractors
• Executing and documenting technical tasks according to construction plans
• Ensuring strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Vocational qualification in construction (e.g., construction technician)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Category B driver's license
• High level of mobility for nationwide projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and a decisive personality

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in deep or high-rise construction
• Interest and passion for special deep construction tasks such as piling, trenching, soil anchoring, and workspace delimitation
