Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction crews in the erection of pre-engineered, prefabricated steel buildings
• Prioritize jobsite safety, conduct safety meetings, and enforce OSHA and company policies
• Manage day-to-day activities, including planning, coordinating, and assigning tasks to workers
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to drawings, plans, and specifications
• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory on site
• Review construction schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Assist the Superintendent with onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions
• Document daily events through professional and accurate daily reports

Requirements

• 5 years of trade experience with expertise in Pre-Engineered Steel Building Erection
• OSHA 30 and First Aid certification
• Certified Aerial Platform and Forklift Operator
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the company
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and plans
• Ability to use mobile devices and company communication tools
• High School Diploma or GED

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
