Foreman Sheet Piling/Soil Mixing Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide construction crews, coordinating both employees and subcontractors
• Organize, prepare, and execute construction sites specializing in sheet piling and soil mixing technology
• Manage personnel scheduling and take responsibility for working time records
• Plan, order, and manage the disposition of materials, equipment, and machinery
• Operate construction machinery such as wheel loaders and mini excavators
• Ensure high standards of quality, occupational safety, and environmental/health protection
• Create measurements and support construction documentation

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or construction field (specialized foundation engineering, civil engineering, or similar) or advanced training as a certified foreman
• Experience in leadership or specialized construction (motivated career changers with relevant experience are also welcome)
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites throughout Germany
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
