Foreman Road and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Plan construction execution and manage the overall construction process
• Record all extra-contractual services, including volume changes and additional orders
• Organize and assign work to internal and external site personnel
• Maintain records for employee remuneration on the construction site
• Perform site surveys, surveying work, and staking
• Support site management in communications with clients and authorities
• Participate in meetings with site managers and subcontractors to ensure timely progress
• Maintain the construction log in coordination with site management
• Determine material requirements, procure materials, and monitor deliveries
• Implement occupational safety and health protection measures

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training and/or certification as a Foreman (Polier) or Master Craftsman
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety on construction sites
• Valid Class B driving license
• Proficient in MS Office and general IT skills
• Reliability, commitment, and flexibility
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
