Foreman

Responsibilities

• Ensure the development of branch activities and meet client expectations
• Prepare, execute, monitor, and organize the wrap-up of industrial cleaning sites
• Supervise and direct interventions while coordinating assigned field teams
• Maintain industry best practices and ensure site safety
• Apply and enforce regulations, client requirements, and occupational health and safety (OHS) objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar supervisory role
• Experience working in an industrial or unionized environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• High level of autonomy, initiative, and analytical thinking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
