Foreman or Deputy Foreman - Road Construction

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction sites and work assignments on-site for road construction projects
• Manage and control work processes and workflows
• Lead, instruct, and guide personnel
• Coordinate the use of machinery and equipment
• Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure project success

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong teamwork skills and assertiveness
• Committed and independent way of working
