Foreman - Landscape Construction

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines and budgets
• Manage a crew of workers and take ownership of onsite operations
• Facilitate an environment of growth for employees
• Manage relations with general contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed correctly according to landscape designs and specs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in progressive roles
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role (asset)
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Experience with mobile equipment including skid steer and excavator
• Ability to understand landscape designs and technical specifications
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary trades education
• Red Seal in Landscaping/Horticulture (completion or working towards)
