Foreman in System Construction

Responsibilities

• Implement and control on-site construction workflow planning
• Assign tasks to both internal and external construction personnel
• Support construction management in communications with clients and authorities
• Determine material requirements in a timely manner and manage procurement
• Monitor and coordinate material deliveries in coordination with construction management
• Implement occupational safety and health protection measures

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training in the construction industry
• Several years of experience in the construction sector
• Foreman training (Vorarbeiter) is preferred
• Good German language skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in IT/EDV is an advantage
• Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and an independent working style
