Foreman in Road and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate skilled and unskilled personnel on the construction site
• Independently prepare and implement construction projects in close coordination with site management
• Plan and organize the economic use of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensure workplace safety and implement the company's SGU concept
• Perform self-monitoring, maintain daily wage reports, and manage material orders
• Execute typical civil engineering tasks with high quality standards

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training and further qualification as a certified foreman (Polier), master craftsman (Meister), or Werkpolier
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong teamwork skills, assertiveness, and an engaged, independent way of working
