Foreman in Railway Construction

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage on-site construction workflow planning
• Assign tasks to internal and external construction personnel
• Support site management in communications with clients and authorities
• Determine material requirements in a timely manner and manage procurement
• Monitor and coordinate material deliveries in coordination with site management
• Implement occupational safety and health protection measures

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training in the construction industry
• Several years of experience in the construction sector
• Good German language skills
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership and assertiveness
• IT literacy is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed advanced training as a Foreman (Vorarbeiter)
