Foreman in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage construction sites in coordination with site management, ensuring technical and economic targets are met
• Independently lead and supervise assigned construction site personnel
• Maintain the construction logbook and assist in preparing measurements and quality documentation
• Organize site workflows according to the construction schedule and service descriptions
• Handle work preparation, including determining and ordering material and equipment needs, and setting up the construction site

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Advanced training as a Foreman (Vorarbeiter) or Polier (Werkpolier)
• Knowledge of surveying techniques using leveling instruments and lasers is an advantage
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
• Readiness for shift work and assembly/on-site work
• Valid Class B driving license
