Foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop production staff to ensure manufacturing targets and safety standards are met
• Communicate company objectives and performance expectations to employees
• Train employees on specific, detailed, and routine job skills and techniques
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide counseling
• Meet assigned production goals and complete work order changes
• Review and approve bi-weekly timecards
• Order and maintain raw material inventory
• Adhere to all company safety rules

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 5 years of molding production experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, for reporting and analysis
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
