About the Company

Boskalis Nederland works on leading projects that change the map of the Netherlands, keeping the country safe, livable, and accessible. With approximately one thousand employees, we work on a wide range of challenging projects involving coastal protection, dredging, and land reclamation.

Responsibilities

• Convert project planning into detailed schedules and work methods to ensure efficient realization according to contract (quality, planning, and budget)
• Identify and report deviations from the contract and act accordingly
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of work methods, employees, and equipment
• Instruct and motivate project employees, ship crews, and subcontractors in a coaching manner
• Report on project progress on a daily and weekly basis

Requirements

• MBO degree in Civil Engineering (Civiel Technisch)
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Foreman (Uitvoerder)
• Strong command of the Dutch language
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and stay overnight at project locations
