Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction teams, supervising daily operations, subcontractors, and plant machinery
• Manage crews, plant, and materials for earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects
• Conduct site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain strict HSE standards
• Schedule work activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical drawings
• Track progress and record daily site activities for site managers
• Maintain rigorous quality control and adherence to RAMS

Requirements

• Extensive site-based civil engineering experience
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Ability to travel and stay away from home during the week
