Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a foreign disclosure representative to support the JTCG/ME Program Office, FMS team, and Security office.
• Provide research support for pre-Letter of Request (LOR) and Line of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) data availability.
• Develop and maintain FMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation.
• Track and report FMS funding levels and disbursements.
• Manage Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) foreign disclosure release requests and approvals.
• Provide Information Exchange Annex (IEA) support and attend required meetings and telecons.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel (10% CONUS & OCONUS).
