Foreign Currency Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert foreign currency solutions, including prepaid travel money cards and international money transfers
• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering personalized travel tips, tricks, and recommendations
• Drive sales performance to achieve KPIs and earn performance-based incentives
• Manage customer transactions with high precision and attention to detail

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with conversational flair and active listening
• Mathematical ability to process currency calculations quickly and accurately
• Proven sales ability and a focus on achieving results
• Problem-solving skills to find tailored solutions for travelers
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail in all financial transactions
• Availability to work weekends (minimum of 12.5 hours weekly)
