Foreign Currency Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert foreign currency solutions, including prepaid travel money cards and international money transfers
• Deliver exceptional customer service by offering personalized travel tips, tricks, and recommendations
• Drive sales performance to achieve KPIs and earn performance-based incentives
• Manage retail transactions with high precision and attention to detail
• Solve customer problems by finding tailored financial solutions for their travel needs

• Strong customer service skills with conversational flair and active listening abilities
• Mathematical ability to process currency calculations quickly and accurately
• Proven sales ability and a focus on achieving targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail in all administrative and financial tasks
