Foreign Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for international transactions
• Monitor cash flow, invoices, and payment cycles
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial MIS reports
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance for Canada, USA, and India
• Coordinate with international tax consultants and auditors
• Prepare financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Manage payroll and ensure statutory compliance
• Maintain strong internal controls to avoid errors and fraud
• Handle client emails and day-to-day accounting queries
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in foreign accounting is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
