Forecasting Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead T-cycle forecast projects for MTO and T0/BP25
• Automate performance reporting and handle ad-hoc projects
• Deliver robust, transparent demand forecasts with documented assumptions and confidence levels
• Present and defend forecast methodologies and outputs to senior leadership
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts for new product introductions
• Communicate the effects that competitor entry and new promotional tactics have on product forecasts
• Participate in monthly S&OP for the US Market, submitting volumes and developing periodic models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business insights

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in forecasting or data analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Tableau
• Strong skills in SQL and Advanced Excel/VBA
• Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, sensitivity analysis, and AI/ML
• Experience with tools for ecosystem performance reviews
